The birds are singing and the sun is shining in Fearn – it feels like summer is fast approaching. It’s all very appropriate as we begin painting our new commission for the Scottish Epilepsy Centre, Glasgow in the studio. We don’t want to give too much away and will probably just drip feed images through Facebook and maybe the odd Tweet or Blog entry. Anyhow, lets start with the size and a little clue…
We’ll be painting on an 8′ x 5′ stretched primed linen canvas (from John Jones in London) and our word clue is “lemon” (see picture).
Mean anything to anyone? I didn’t think so! It’s just that today is the perfect day to start thinking of citrus smells and homemade lemonade. – FIN
